That bass is better?
I have no experience in guitars, but I played the piano for about 8 years, so I want to start directly at a low. Squier Standard P-Bass Special Black Metallic RN or DBM Yamaha RBX170 Bass Dark Blue Metallic similar price so I do not know wat to look at these 2 guitars were the cheapest, and I thought id get one of 2 for use by a beginner.
I think the Squier would be the best of both.
